Initially, seminar sessions were run to present to staff the new features of Microsoft Office 2007. Since 2009, the Museum has continued to run customised onsite training in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Project to cater for their staffs continuing needs.

This training is scheduled as two sessions over the one day. For example, the morning session could be Excel Fundamentals, followed by Advanced Word in the afternoon.

Museum Victoria also asked Nicole to conduct iPhone/iPad training sessions to ensure their staff was getting the most out of the functionality in a business environment. Nicole put together a unique training session which provides an overview of the iPhone/iPad's features. This session has proved extremely popular, and M.S Planet Computer Training has now run this seminar for various other clients wanting to maximise the iPhone's potential in the workplace.

In November 2012, AI Group had begun to rollout Microsoft Office 2010, starting with their Adelaide office. Nicole travelled to Adelaide to provide some upgrade training for their staff. This involved taking some one to one sessions on the new features for some staff members, as well as a presentation of "What's New?" to the remainder of staff.

"Our training requirements centred on the upgrading of Microsoft Office 2003 to Microsoft Office 2007, and the differences between the two. We chose M.S Computer Training after carrying out an in house comparison between other training companies.

Our trainer, Nicole McClelland, will have trained over one hundred of our staff in all states of Australia. The skill level of our staff ranged from beginner to advanced level.
